Key product strategy deliverables include a product brief, high-level requirements, and a design document including research findings, persona descriptions, storyboards, idea backlog, and user flows.

Outsourced Development

An outsourced development project involves transferring your final designs and flows into working app builds on the target platforms. Key deliverables are a application builds, development roadmap, sprint plans, high-level QA test plan and execution results,  and application packaging and release.

Product Design & Prototyping

The goal of a design project is to transfer research insights and concept ideas into concrete designs for target platforms.  Final deliverables include an interactive design prototype  for client review, a detailed UI specification document and graphical assets for implementation.
