Product Design Leadership

I spent a large part of my early career rolling up my sleeves and doing senior level design work. This gives me the unique ability to lead product design teams and nurture young design talent. It also helps me to make ideas “real” for my consulting clients by cranking out wireframes and concepts in Sketch to help communicate complex ideas to non-native English speakers. In my past role as Head of Digital Products for Turkey’s largest media company, I developed my own Design Sprint approach that streamlined the process of integrating design sprints into our Agile Scrum methodology.
